Terms & Conditions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the all
shipping cost.
- All goods sold are not refundable. We will check and ensure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.
- We cannot guarantee what you see in out picture is exactly 100% same as our product since different monitors might display colors differently. Please contact or email us if you are unsure about our products. We will do our best to describe every item.
- Applicable for product returns:
- Damaged or Defective item. Our definition for damage and defects include manufacturing defect and/or large area of dirt/stain. Any condition other then as stated herein is not covered under the exchange policy.
- Incorrect product: Different sizes, colors and styles from what you have ordered
- We DO NOT accept reasons for return/exchange such as:
- changing mind
- do not like the color
- size cannot fit (esp. on free size item - customers are encouraged to look at the measurement before ordering)
- "doesn't look good on me"
- fabric not high quality enough
- too transparent
- damage due to product not supposed to be stretched
- any damages or alterations caused by customer
- Dateline/Condition for return of damaged/defective item:
- Please notify us immediately by email and return the product the item within 2 working days or at the soonest. Overdue returns will not be entertained.
- Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Please do not remove the label/tag (if any).
- Customer will have to bear the cost for shipping back the item to us, but there will be no charged at our end for return/replacement item shipping cost. This is to compensate for the inconvenient caused to the return and replacement.
